We deliver to all EU countries. Non-EU deliveries — on request.

Free shipping thresholds

• AT, DE, CZ, SK, HU, RO, PL, IT, NL: free shipping over €5,000 (net).
• HR & SI: free shipping over €400 (net).
• Other EU and smaller orders: shipping on request.

Exact sub-threshold shipping cost depends on quantity, packaging and product type; it will be specified in the quotation.

Lead times

• Lead time = handling time + carrier transit time.
• Indicative timelines are provided in the quotation/pro forma.

Method & unloading

• Parcel courier for small items; pallet freight for lockers, safes, beds and bulky goods.
• Standard delivery is to curb/first obstacle. Indoor delivery/assembly excluded unless agreed.
• For pallet deliveries, the customer provides unloading equipment (forklift/ramp) or requests a tail-lift truck (surcharge possible).

Site limitations
Please inform us in advance about access restrictions (pedestrian zones, truck bans, narrow streets, height limits). Extra handling may cause additional charges and delays.

Failed/second delivery
If delivery fails due to customer reasons (absence, wrong address, no unloading), redelivery/waiting time may be charged per carrier tariff.
